February 5th, the 100th day of school, Mrs. McDonald challenged the students
in her second grade class to read 100 books.
Mrs. McDonald thought it might take her students to the end of the school year to reach this goal. Imagine her surprise and great delight when her class of 16 students met the challenge and read 100 books by the end of February -- the shortest month of the year! WAY TO SHOW THAT
