Book Cart

Spring is here and it is a great time to help your child’s love of reading blossom! The book cart will be selling books every Friday morning!  Parent volunteers will sell books until 9:30 in the media center. The book cart visits at 9:30.  We have just a few book cart Friday left!  Don’t miss! 

Book Cart Schedule

Frederick Keys Game

Howard County will have a special day at the ballpark on Sunday, April 6th @ 2:00pm.  Before the game, the 60 students who completed the program will be called down to the playing field for a parade and ceremony conducted by the Keys players and staff. During the ceremony, the names of the participating schools will be announced over the public address system accompanied by encouraging words from the program sponsors and a Keys baseball player. After the ceremony, the students are free to enjoy America’s game, up close and personal. Howard County will have a special day at the ballpark on Sunday, April 6th @ 2:00pm.

Scholastic Book Fair

Students will have the opportunity to stock up on some great books just in time for summer vacation! To help keep your child motivated to read and reinforce their enthusiasm for books we will be hosting a beach book fair the first week of June.  We want your child to take a Reading Road Trip!  Look for more updates soon!
