On Friday, April 11, 2008, Greg Keyser, the Environmental Coordinator of My Organic Market visited fifth grade to give a hands-on demonstration on recycling and composting. The challenge was first to decide whether or not something was recyclable and then sort the items into the appropriate recycling category.
