Intellectual Freedom & Access

The First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution gives all students the right to freedom of inquiry and access to information regardless of the format or viewpoint. Any attempt to restrict or deprive a student of this freedom is seen as a threat to their learning in our free and democratic society.
