Principal’s Update

Dear Parents,
We had a wonderful first week. Thank you for your support. This
is a busy week on the Hill, with Back to School and the opening
of the season for many of our sports teams. I hope to see you
at many of these events. Please don’t forget to join the PTSA
and Boosters at Back to School Night. They support our students
in so many ways. The following information will help keep you informed
about all of the happenings at River Hill. Have a great week.
• Back to School Night, September 6th, 2007
o 9th Grade – 6:15 p.m. – Please meet in the auditorium.
o 10th –12th – 7:00 p.m. – All parents report
to 1st Period classes.
o All ARL classes meet in the Information Center (The ARL will
have a separate Back to School Night.)
o Please bring your child’s schedule
• Principal’s Coffee – September 27th from 8:00 – 9:00
a.m. in the cafeteria. I hope you can join me for coffee, doughnuts
and excellent conversation. Coffees will take place the last Thursday
of each month.
• Parking AM – Please remember to follow the parking
pattern in the morning. All students must be dropped off in the
circle – Please pull up as far as possible. If we work together,
all students will arrive on time. **If it rains, please leave at
least 10 minutes early due to back-ups caused by the weather.

Who: Class of 2008 – Seniors!!
What: An event where you can bond with your class while eating
crabs, roast beef, chicken, and many other things!
