HELP River Hill High School WIN $$$ for our school!
River Hill High School students have entered a contest called "Be the
Change" in which schools with a project that impacts their community share
their story using two short videos. "H.E.A.T." short for Home Energy Audit
Team is about our effort to provide free home energy audits to households
in our community. So far we've audited over 100 homes. Each home gets 2
free CFL energy saving light bulbs and a packet full of energy saving
tips. Additionally each homeowner also receives expert advice from our
trained student auditors. Our second video will be uploaded before the
March 31st deadline.

To help us win please log onto the website below and follow the directions
to view, vote and share our video. The more you share, the more points we
get.

How to join the "Be the Change" Contest

1. Go to http://www.quantumshift.tv/
2. Click Join/Login near the top right
3. Fill out the sign up side of the page and create an account
4. Click member's section in the message box that pops up.
5. Click contests in the upper section of the page
6. Click $50,000 School video contest
7. Click sign up on the left side of the page
8. Click high school
9. Read and accept the Shifter declaration in the shifter side of the page
10. Click the "Team" dropdown menu and find "HEAT"
11. Click join as a shifter
12. Read the instructions and click "Contest homepage" above the
instructions
13. Click team home on the right side of the screen
14. You will see the contest video "HEAT Home Energy Audit Team" click it.
15. Press play and watch
16. When you have watched please rate it and answer the question. (Turn
off lights.)
17. Leave a comment about the video. Did you like it? What could we have
done to improve it?
18. Share the video and/or share the contest.
19. Doing all of this will get our team lots of points, but you can get
more by watching all the other contest videos (if you feel like it) and
doing the same for them.
20. If you want to learn more about how the contest works click on
contests and select the contest again.
