Bid #026.06.B2 for Photography Supplies has been extended for one final year.  Please note the following:

·        Prices are FOB delivered.

·        Delivery charges are included in the bid price; do not add shipping charges to requisitions.

·        The contract is effective through January 11, 2008. 

·        Attached is the Award List, providing product information, bid pricing and vendor awarded.

·        Bid No. 026.06.B2 must be referenced when placing orders, and should appear in the “contract #” field on the requisition screen when processing a purchase order.

·        Quote numbers, if indicated on the Vendor List (attached), should be referenced when placing orders. 

Catalog discounts, for items not formally awarded, are listed on the bottom of the Award List.  Catalogs have been requested from all vendors and should be delivered shortly to all high schools.
