TERMS
Prices are FOB delivered, except where noted. See below for discounts, exceptions and special conditions.
Discounts apply to current catalog prices, and are therefore subject to change as new catalogs are issued.
Vendors have been instructed to mail each school two (2) catalogs.
Inside delivery charges are included in pricing; do not add shipping charges, except where noted.
Discounts are effective through January 10, 2008, but the contract may be extended for up to four additional one-year periods.
Contract number 027.07.B2 and vendor’s quote number, if any, must appear on purchase requisitions/orders.
If a purchase is for a new school, please make sure that the school will be able to accept inside deliveries on the date requested.
Justification/explanation is required to substantiate orders to vendors not awarded in their respective categories.
