The Howard County Public School System currently has cohort groups with Towson University and McDaniel College to address the critical shortage of certified school library media specialists.Library Media Center

Participants enroll in a M.S. degree program that will lead to state certification as a school library media specialist. Participants must be current employees of the Howard County Public School System and meet graduate admission standards.
