The Howard County Public School System currently
has cohort groups with Towson University and McDaniel
College to address the critical shortage of certified
school library media specialists.
Participants enroll in a M.S. degree program that will lead to state certification as a school library media specialist. Participants must be current employees of the Howard County Public School System and meet graduate admission standards.
