Welcome to the Tier I Support web site.  At this site you can find information to help you as you provide Tier I Support to your teachers.  Keep in mind, Tier 1 support should not exceed 15 minutes.   If the problem cannot be solved, contact your TSC technician.

• Network Support for network concerns and airport/wireless issues.
• Printing Support for printing concerns.
• LCD Projectors for troubleshooting projector issues.
• Service Requests for information on submtting requests for AV and Computer repair.
• Synching and Server Support for information on what synching is, date and time inconsistencies, trash can concerns, synching errors, iphoto, music, movie files, Safari keychain issues, simultaneous logins, etc.
• mAdmin Tasks for assigning administrative rights to teacher laptops, approved software, copying large files,  burning files to CD, etc.
