Cooperative Work Experience (CWE) II is a prerequisite or co-requisite for Site Based Work Experience. The CWE coordinator will assist students in finding community employment. Some student work hours must overlap the afternoon work hours of the CWE coordinator so that evaluation and monitoring may take place. This experience is considered a site-based course and students follow a training plan jointly developed by the CWE coordinator and the employer. Students will have the opportunity to develop work skills in an area appropriate to their interests, aptitudes, and abilities.
