LKMS 2007-2008 School Directory
As a service to the students and parents, the PTA will be publishing a School Directory free of charge to you. This year’s directory will prove to be a valuable resource of information.
Our goal is to complete the Directory by the end of October, 2007. Help us by completing your directory information. Please tear off the bottom portion of this notice and return it to school no later than September 16th, even if you do not want your information included in the directory. Please print CLEARLY and only complete one form per family Every effort is being made to include all the students’ names. The directory is for internal use only.
