New Student Registration at Jeffers Hill Elementary

Note: Any child entering kindergarten for the 2007-2008 school year must turn 5 by September 1, 2007.

To register your child, please call the school at 410-313-6872 for an appointment or you may walk-in to the office, with the proper documentation, on the dates and times as follows:

July 2 – 27, 2007 – 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Wednesdays – August 1, 8, 15, 22 – 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

The following documents are required to register your child:

• Two proofs of residency - (#1 Lease/Deed with current dates and signatures, and #2 a current utility bill - name and address should be on these documents)

• Student's proof of birth (birth certificate, baptismal certificate, passport, military identification)

• Student's current proof of immunizations

• Parent picture ID (driver's license, military ID)

• Proof of custody - custodial parents must submit; i.e. divorce settlement papers, court papers (if applicable)

• Bring the child’s last report card and address of previous school.

• For students residing with a relative/friend in a multiple family situation, please call our Pupil Personnel Worker, Peggy Schultz at (410) 313-6653.  You will need to make an appointment with her to fill out necessary paperwork before you can register at the school.
