The staff, students, and parents of Hollifield Station Elementary School are proud of our decade-long tradition
of academic excellence through a guiding principle of Continuous Student Academic Progress.  Academic success
is reflected in our ongoing assessment data, Terra Nova (2nd grade) and Maryland School Assessment (MSA Grades 3-5) scores. Substantial progress on the MSA assessments by all
of our students led to our being recognized by the Maryland State Department of Education in 2004 and 2005.

Hollifield Station received additional statewide honors in 2004 when it was named the Character Education School of the Year by the Maryland Center for Character Education.
