Fourth Grade Supply List

June, 2007

Dear Parents:

 

            In order to provide our parents with sufficient time to locate and purchase needed supplies, we are sending home next yearĠs supply list in June.  Please note that the contents of the supply lists may vary by grade level.  Listed below are supplies with which we request all fourth grade children start the 2007-08 school year.  All of your childĠs supplies should be labeled with his/her name.  Student lunches and lunch boxes should be clearly labeled. 

 

Please note that only one check made payable to Hollifield Station Elementary School should be sent in for these materials.

 

            We appreciate your cooperation and we look forward to working with you in the fall.

Fourth Grade Supply List

 

7          sturdy pocket folders w/bottom pockets - 5 colors:  yellow, blue, red, green, purple, and 1 w/picture

5          No. 2 pencils  (PLEASE DO NOT SEND MECHANICAL PENCILS)

1          highlighter

2          pkgs index cards (3x5 or 4x6) - fluorescent

3          glue sticks

1          pair of rounded scissors

1          large box of tissues (to be shared throughout the year)

2          colored pens

2          composition books

2          packages of loose leaf paper

1          soft, zippered pencil case (no box, please!)

1          box of crayons or markers

1          box of either gallon or quart size Ziploc bags

1          pkg Post-It Notes ( a variety of sizes are useful)

1          spiral notebook

1          eraser

2          alcohol based hand-gel sanitizer (as per the HCPSS Pandemic Flu Planning Committee)

 

In addition to the above, please send $20.00 for materials that will be supplied by the school.  This money will be used for Time for Kids, assignment books., activity fees, special handwriting pens, and purchasing poetry books.  Please make checks payable to Hollifield Station Elementary School.

 

Please mark your childĠs name on all supplies.

 

 

Please check with your child  at the end of each quarter to see if these supplies need to be replenished
