Absence for Religious Obligation
Beginning January 22, 2008, the implementation date of the revised policy, the Absence for Religious Obligation form (to be used in conjunction with revised Policy 3000, Religious Observances) must be completed by the parent for consideration of an excused absence for religious obligation. All requests must be signed by the principal/principal’s designee and forwarded to the Office of Equity Assurance for consideration.
The new form may be obtained in the Guidance Office, Mrs. Goins, or the HCPSS website (see For Parents: Forms). LINK
