Grant Proposal Approval and Financial Management
Requirements The approval and management is determined by the level of grant to be received. Follow the guidelines below based on grant levels under or over $50,000 and the criteria listed. |

*A copy of approved proposals should be sent to Grant Support Services Office so that Superintendents' signature can be obtained and the grant proposal can be included as an Information Item to the Board of Education. |
School-based
grants may be financially managed at the school level as long as the grant
does
not meet any of the following criteria:
Payment
should be made to the individual school.

New or continuation grant proposals of $50,000 or more or any grant proposal that meets any one of the following criteria:

HCPSS
Grants Accounting Office is required to financially manage a grant when funding
is received if the grant meets one or more of the following criteria:
