Due to the anticipated level of H1N1 activity we are asking that when calling or emailing to report your child’s illness, please include whether your child has the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Sore Throat
- Cough
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
All information will be kept confidential.
