2008 Cedar Lane Volunteer Application

An intregal part of our ESY program is having volunteers work with our students.

Volunteers must be at least 13 years old or entering the 8th grade. ESY at Cedar Lane / Lime Kiln will be located at Cedar Lane School and Lime Kilm Middle School. The program begins on June 30, 2008 and continues through August 1, 2008. The school day is 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Applicants must also obtain two complete references, either electronically or submitted by mail (see links at bottom of page). References may be contacted for verification purposes.
