The Raider Battalion is made up of four companies: Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta. Each company has its own class period. The top cadet in each company is a Company Commander who holds the rank of Cadet Captain. There is a Cadet First Lieutenant Executive Officer who is second in command of their company. The top enlisted cadet is the Company First Sergeant. Within each company there are two platoons. The platoons are under the command of a Platoon Leader (cadet Second Lieutenant) and a Platoon Sergeant (cadet Sergeant First Class). There are at least three squads in each platoon, each lead by a cadet Staff Sergeant.

Headquarters Company (HQ) is the head unit of the Battalion. Within HQ is the Battalion Commander, Battalion Executive Officer, Battalion Command Sergeant Major, and Staff Officers. Each staff member has a different area that they must coordinate in order to insure the battalion functions properly.
